<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500g/ 1lb of chicken breasts</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups of olive oil</li>
<li>3/4 cups of soy sauce</li>
<li>1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce</li>
<li>2 tablespoons of dry mustard</li>
<li>2 teaspons of salt</li>
<li>1/2 cup of Jack Daniel&#8217;s whiskey</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of black pepper</li>
<li>1/2 cup of wine vinegar</li>
<li>1/3 cup of lemon juice</li>
<li>1 1/2 teaspoons of parsley</li>
<li>3 clove of minced garlic</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Mix all the marinade ingredients well in a large bowl or in a flat tupperware box.</li>
<li>Butterfly the chicken breasts and lightly score on one side.</li>
<li>Thoroughly coat the chicken in the chicken marinade.</li>
<li>Marinate for at least 4 hours.</li>
<li>BBQ over a medium heat.</li>

<li>Marinate for at least 4 hours, up to a maximum of 48 hours.</li>
<li>Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius/ 390 degrees fahrenheit.</li>

<li>Zest and juice of 1 lemon</li>

<li>Olive oil to taste</li>

<li> Cut the chicken into 2.5cm/ 1 inch cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.</li>
<li> Put all of the remaining ingredients except for the olive oil into a food processor and blend.</li>
<li> Once the ingredients have been processed into a paste, add the olive oil to achieve your desired consistency.</li>
<li> Mix the chicken marinade  paste with the chicken cubes in the bowl then cover and leave to  marinate for 1 – 4 hours (the longer the better).</li>

<li> Place the chicken cubes in a  shallow bowl, pour over the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover and  marinate in the refrigerator overnight.</li>
<li> Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and pour the marinade into a jug.</li>
<li> Pierce the pieces of marinated chicken on to metal or wooden skewers.</li>
<li> Cook the kebabs on the barbecue or on a grill, turning regularly and basting with the leftover marinade in the jug.</li>
